An Invitation to Join Circle City ABA’s Supportive Family

Circle City ABA staff and children served

If someone in your family has recently been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you may feel overwhelmed by the diagnosis. You are not alone. At Circle City ABA, we understand how overwhelming and confusing this journey can be. We strive to provide families with the support they need as they start ABA therapy. We provide services for children as young as 18 months and as old as 17 years of age; no matter where you are in your journey, Circle City ABA is ready to help.

What We Offer

At Circle City ABA, we make the enrollment process smooth and simple. Our four basic steps—intake, insurance, assessment, and begin—offer an easy-to-follow roadmap for families looking to start a successful ABA program for their child.

First, our intake process includes a free consultation with one of our experts, who will discuss your child’s needs and any questions you have about beginning treatment. We will also discuss any insurance coverage that you may have that can help cover some or all of the costs associated with your child’s treatment plan.

Second, once we have determined which insurance coverage applies to your family’s situation, our staff will review it carefully before we move forward with the assessment process. The assessment process involves completing a thorough evaluation of your child’s behavior and developmental skills so that we can create an appropriate treatment plan tailored specifically to meet his/her individual needs. Finally, once the assessment is complete and an appropriate plan has been established, it’s time to get started! Our team of dedicated professionals is always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during each step of the enrollment process and throughout your entire experience at Circle City ABA.
