We tailor our Tempe ABA services to meet each individual’s unique needs. We also emphasize close collaboration with families to provide them with the tools necessary to support progress even after therapy concludes.

How do you determine goals at your ABA therapy center?

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) determines goals through an initial assessment, creating individualized plans for each individual. Our staff will complete parent interviews and assessments to set goals and determine client needs. At Circle City’s Tempe ABA therapy center, we create a team for each individual to facilitate appropriate transition planning and foster an environment featuring ongoing feedback, participation, and family communication.

How do you prioritize safety in the Center?

At Circle City ABA, we prioritize safety above everything else. We conduct regular safety maintenance, updates, drills, and training to ensure that our centers are always safe for everyone. For example, we lock our centers to permit only known guests inside. We also conduct regular fire and emergency drills and external safety audits by local fire departments and other service providers. For additional safety, we use cameras.

To ensure the safety of our clients, we perform national background screens of all employees, as well as initial and random drug screens. In addition, we conduct daily and quarterly equipment, toys, buildings, and materials checks.

What will a typical day-to-day look like?

ABA Therapy plans are tailored to each individual’s specific needs. Generally, individuals will receive one-on-one therapy from a Registered Behavior Technician in both morning and afternoon sessions. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will create and oversee these plans.

How many hours of ABA Therapy per week do you provide?

We provide part-time and full-time services for ABA therapy. Only some individuals we assess will require full-time. The BCBAs will determine the medically necessary treatment for the individual’s best outcomes and progress.
