We strive to make the enrollment process as smooth as possible for families looking to begin ABA therapy for their children.
We provide services for children as young as 18 months and as old as 17 years of age beginning with four basic steps:
Our goal is to help your child become their best selves. Our person-centered programs and services are specifically designed for each child.
Call one of our locations or fill out our enrollment form to get started.
Once we receive your enrollment information, our team contacts your insurance company to verify coverage and get authorization to schedule an assessment for your child.
You can see our list of insurance carriers here.
Note that Circle City ABA Accepts Medicaid and Tricare.
Once approved by your insurance, and after a thorough review of medical history and developmental testing, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will select assessments that best meet the needs of your child.
These assessments reveal current skill levels as well as skills that will need to be targeted in order to meet larger developmental goals.
After the assessment and setting of developmental goals, just let us know what date works best for you to begin.

Once your authorization is approved by your insurance, we will schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Our BCBAs are super friendly and will work directly with your child in your own home to develop an individualized treatment plan.
After the assessment, a thorough treatment plan will be written and sent to both you and your child’s insurance company for review and approval.
Based on the assessment, our team will determine the number of hours clinically recommended for your child.
