How do you assign therapists to my child?

Each child attending full-time will work with a morning and an afternoon therapist. If a therapist is absent, another team member familiar with your child will step in. We discuss any staffing changes in parent meetings, so you always stay informed.

Does insurance cover Autism Therapy?

Circle City ABA accepts most private fully funded and self-funded insurance, as well as NEDHHS (Nebraska Medicaid), IowaHHS (Iowa Medicaid), Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Molina Healthcare of Iowa, Tricare, state funding, and grants.
