  • After age 6: A qualifying diagnosis such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, cognitive or intellectual disability, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression or other qualifying mood disorders, Fragile X syndrome, and/or Klinefelter syndrome.
