Meet Our Georgia ABA Team: Samantha Torres-Colon

When families choose an ABA provider, they often think about the therapists and BCBAs who work directly with their child. Those team members play an important role every day. Behind every successful center are leaders working to ensure everything runs smoothly. That is exactly where Samantha Torres-Colon, our Director of Operations in Georgia, makes a difference. Samantha helps support our center teams so they can focus on what matters most, helping children with autism learn, grow, and reach meaningful goals. Her leadership helps create an environment where both families and staff feel supported.

Meet Samantha Torres-Colon, Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Samantha works closely with teams across our Georgia locations. Her role is to help remove challenges, improve daily operations, and ensure every center has the resources needed to provide high-quality ABA therapy.
While much of her work happens behind the scenes, the impact is felt every day.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at Circle City ABA, Samantha shared:
“What I value most about working at Circle City ABA is the strong sense of community across our centers. The work isn’t always easy, but I’ve seen how our teams consistently show up for one another and stay focused on what matters most, helping our clients progress.”
That commitment to teamwork helps create a positive experience for both families and staff.

What Motivates Samantha Torres-Colon Each Day

Every person at Circle City ABA has an important role. Samantha finds purpose in supporting the people who work directly with children every day.
She explained:
“What motivates me to come to work every day is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes directly supports the people making the biggest impact. I’m here to support my team, but the real heroes are in the centers, working directly with our families and clients. I feel lucky that I get to show up for them, remove obstacles, and make sure they have what they need to do their best work. That’s what keeps me going.”
This leadership style helps create stronger teams, smoother operations, and better experiences for every family who walks through our doors.

Why Strong Leadership Matters in ABA Therapy

Families may not always see the operational side of an ABA center, but it plays an important role in quality care.
Strong operational leadership helps make sure that:
  • Centers are organized and welcoming.
  • Staff have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Families receive clear communication.
  • Teams can focus on helping children make progress.
  • Children receive consistent, high-quality care.
When leaders support their teams well, everyone benefits, especially the children and families we serve.
