Meet Our Indiana Southern Region ABA Team: Lisa Tutrow

Behind every successful ABA therapy program is a team of passionate professionals working together to help children succeed. While BCBAs work directly with children and families, strong leadership helps ensure those clinicians have the support they need to provide exceptional care. That is exactly what Lisa Tutrow, our Regional Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Southern Indiana, brings to Circle City ABA every day. Lisa is passionate about supporting clinicians, encouraging professional growth, and helping every child receive high-quality, individualized ABA therapy. Her leadership helps create a culture where teamwork, learning, and compassion come first.

Meet Lisa Tutrow, Regional Clinical Director and BCBA

As Regional Clinical Director, Lisa works alongside BCBAs and clinical leaders throughout Southern Indiana. She provides guidance, mentorship, and support so clinical teams can continue delivering the best possible care to children and families.
Her role is about more than overseeing services. It is about building strong relationships, encouraging collaboration, and helping clinicians grow in their careers.
That commitment strengthens every center and helps create a positive experience for families.

What Makes Lisa Tutrow Proud to Work at Circle City ABA

When asked what makes her proud to work at Circle City ABA, Lisa immediately focused on the people around her.
She shared:
“I am most proud of the team of clinicians and leaders that I am blessed to work alongside. My southern region team of BCBAs does amazing things every day. The RCD team provides me with support and encouragement, and also challenges me in areas where I have been able to grow, both professionally and personally. I could not do this job without them.”
Her answer reflects the collaborative culture that defines Circle City ABA. Everyone works together with one shared goal: helping children build meaningful skills while supporting one another along the way.

How Leadership Supports Better ABA Therapy

Families often see the direct impact therapists and BCBAs have on their child’s progress. Behind those successes is a team of leaders who help ensure clinicians have the resources, training, and encouragement they need.
Strong clinical leadership helps provide:
  • Consistent, individualized care for every child.
  • Ongoing support and mentorship for BCBAs.
  • Collaboration between clinical teams.
  • High standards for quality ABA therapy.
  • A positive environment where children and families feel supported.
Lisa believes that when clinicians are encouraged to grow, children benefit from even stronger care.

Why Teamwork Matters at Circle City ABA

At Circle City ABA, we believe the best outcomes happen when people work together.
Our therapists, BCBAs, clinical leaders, and operations teams each play an important role in helping children develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
Lisa values the way her colleagues challenge, encourage, and support one another every day. Teamwork creates an environment where both staff and families can feel confident that children are receiving compassionate, individualized care.
We proudly serve children ages 18 months through 17 years with personalized ABA therapy programs designed around each child’s strengths, goals, and needs.
